Digital Equity Parent Survey

Hello DCS Parents and Guardians-  

This week a paper copy of Dundee's Digital Equity Survey will be sent home (a purple form).  We are required by NYS to survey district families annually about their child's access to devices and the internet in their residence.  The information gathered is used to identify needs, funding, and inform State policy.  Please complete one survey for each child. You may complete a paper copy and return to the classroom teacher or office, or you may complete surveys electronically by clicking on the link below.
