Reporting Procedure

Please fill out the Dignity for All Students - Report Form to report an incident of mistreatment to the Dignity Act Coordinator or obtain written forms from either the Elementary or Jr./Sr. High School offices. 

School Employees who witness or receive a report of harassment, bullying, or discrimination are to promptly orally notify the principal, superintendent or designee not later than one school day after the incident and file a written report not later than two school days after making the oral report.
